Welcome to Homeopathy Primer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of homeopathyprimer.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. "We," "us," and "our" mean Homeopathy Educator LLC doing business as Homeopathy Primer. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose and medical disclaimer

The Site, our book, and all related content are for educational purposes only. Nothing we publish is intended to provide medical advice, diagnose illness, treat or cure any condition, or practice medicine. Our content does not replace personal care from a licensed healthcare practitioner.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner for any serious, persistent, or emergency condition.
• Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site or in our products.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
• Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator. Homeopathic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Testimonials and stories reflect individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and for those you make on behalf of your family.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.

3. Products

The Homeopathy Primer book in print and as a digital PDF

• The Remedy Tracker (print)

Homeopathic kits, which may be assembled by us or supplied by third-party brands

• Primer Pal app (coming in early 2027)

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors, images, and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless stated.
• Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
• Sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout where required.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We ship to the countries listed in the Site's country selector. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other events outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Please check it carefully before you submit your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.
• International orders: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by your country. Please check local rules before ordering.
• Australian customers: For print versions, please enter your suburb name in the City field at checkout to avoid delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order.
• If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us promptly so we can help.

6. Digital products

When you buy the PDF version:

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the file for your own personal or household use.
• You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute, or publicly post the file or any part of it.
• Digital products are delivered electronically after payment. Because they cannot be returned, all digital sales are final unless the file is defective or you did not receive it, in which case contact us and we will make it right.

7. Returns or Replacements

• Print books and trackers: If your book arrives in poor condition due to rough shipping or there are print issues such as page misalignment or missing pages, contact us within 10 days to report the issue. We require you send us a picture of the book’s poor condition or print issues so we can submit them to the printer for a replacement to be sent.
• Kits and remedies: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used kits and remedies cannot be returned. If there is an issue with a Homeopathy Primer kit purchased from our website, please advise us of the issue as soon as possible so we can take care of it. Kits purchased from other vendors need to be addressed by that seller.
• Incorrect items: Contact us within [10] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund.
• Any refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws where you live.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products, including text, the book, charts, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Some images on the Site are used under license or attributed to their creators and remain the property of their owners.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
• Introduce viruses, scrapers, bots, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' enjoyment of it.
• Use our content to make medical claims or to misrepresent us or our products.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

10. User content, reviews, and communications

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.

Please do not include sensitive personal or medical details in anything you submit publicly.

11. Community, study groups, and podcasts

Our online community spaces, study groups, and podcasts are for learning and sharing experiences. Participants and guests express their own views, which are not medical advice and do not necessarily reflect ours. Please be respectful. We may remove participants who are abusive or disruptive.

12. Affiliate program

Participation in our affiliate program is subject to the separate affiliate terms provided when you apply. We may change or end the program, or remove any affiliate, at any time. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with us as required by applicable advertising rules, such as the FTC Endorsement Guides.

13. Third-party links and products

The Site contains links to third-party websites, social platforms, and products (such as third-party kits and brands). We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is complete, current, or accurate.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, team members, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products, including any health outcome resulting from your use of information or products we provide.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless us and our owners, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut  and you consent to that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
